A Chef De Partie is required for this Modern British Restaurant with classic French cuisine cookery methods in the heart of The City of London. This restaurant has a great reputation and the chef is well known in the industry and the Restaurant is a long standing favorite with clientele that have followed him and his business partner throughout their careers.
The Chef de Partie would have to be able to work on all sections and have leadership qualities. This means chef de parties must be professional and be dedicated to their career, as this is not a restaurant where the chosen candidate will have time to spare so a fast progression is inevitable with pay reviews frequently.
The Chef de Partie must have had solid training and be great on sauce and fish sections aswell as being competent on all mis-en-place, butchery and fish prep.
A passion for food and knowledge of seasonal fresh ingredients is essential and previous workings within Michelin or well known rosette restaurants is a must to be considered for this position.
The right Chef de Partie must have at least 3 years experience at this level or higher.
