A new and exciting Japanese cuisine restaurant requires a skilled and meticulous good level chef de Partie to join this globally used brigade.
The chef de partie will be working with some of the elite chefs in the Japanese cuisine industry. This site is very busy because of the great location and quality of produce and will boast some of the best kitchen equipment that is available at present.
The sushi chef will need a good background in this area and at least 2 years experience at a very high level of Japanese cuisine. The chef de partie must have an overall knowledge of fish and amazing knife and hand skills.
The salary for the position of senior chef de partie will be from £24,000 depending on experience. The hours for the position will vary from 45 hours per week.
