This position comes with accommodation. The Head Chef will be required to support the General Manager in all aspects of the running of this kitchen. It is essential that the Head chef has over 1 years experience at a rosette or above level; this may also be a good opportunity for a Sous Chef who is ready for the next step. The Pub is very food led and would be ideal for someone who has a passion for local producers and a flare for British Cuisine.
The Head chef must have an overall passion for the food industry and must know seasonal fresh produce.
