Sous Chef required for this fantastic luxury five star hotel restaurant/ Brasserie . Sous Chef are required for the brasserie and the AA Rosette awarded restaurant.
The Sous Chef must have solid training and be great on sauce and fish sections as well as being competent on all mis-en place, butchery and fish prep.
The menu offer hearty, robust, seasonal dishes, with a good value Menu du jour which change daily for this destination five star hotel restaurant
A passion for food and knowledge of fresh ingredients is essential and previous workings within Michelin or well known rosette restaurants is a must to be considered for this position.
PLEASE HAVE A SOLID CAREER PROGRESSION AND AT LEAST A 2AA ROSETTE LEVEL OF COOKERY
The right Sous Chef must have at least 3 years experience at this level or higher.
