A self motivated and industry driven restaurant manager is required for this very high end local destination Japanese Restaurant in London.
The restaurant manager must have at least 4 years experience in running and organising all areas of a food led business. An overall knowledge and awareness of Japanese or Pan Asian cuisine is also required.
Restaurant managers will have a very solid CV with a few well known industry favorites on it within a high end led or European led environment. Managers should have also managed a team of up to 15 staff.
The restaurant manager must have a good understanding of P & L reporting and awareness of controlling staff costs and increasing the profit margin. Managers will be the face of the restaurant and be an all round hands on team motivator and adept at running a smooth service .
The restaurant is very busy for lunch and dinner serving between 70 -120 covers
