The General Manager will need to demonstrate genuine charm and charisma as well having a passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional customer service.
Being a unique establishment the General Manager is required to be a very hands-on individual, a good organizer and communicator, someone who is confident and inspiring when leading from the front. The ideal person should be flexible, energetic and thrive on being in a dynamic team.
You will draw on your knowledge and previous experience within a similar environment. The General Manager should be knowledgeable in all aspects of European cuisine and Brasserie classics a team player with a strength for training and a want to become a face for the locals.
