A Sommelier is required for this 2 AA Rosette British Restaurant. Sommelier candidates will have sat WSET exams and be qualified up to a level 2 if possible.
Sommelier's will have a nice and steady progression in quality establishments with good cellar sizes as this role is required to look after up to 450 bins. Sommelier's will be training up all waiters and waitresses, and working closely with the restaurant manager and general manager to keep the list updated and in keeping with this very busy British restaurant.
Candidates will be looking to progress in an already solid career and take the restaurant forward while possibly sitting the next level of exams in WSET.As this is what the restaurant would like the candidate to do if they are not already qualified.
Candidates will report to the general manager and be responsible for all training, stock control and food and beverage shop as an ordering tool . So Sommeliers with previous experience of this will be an advantage.
