General manager wanted for this brand new high end addition to the private member club set. General Managers will be the finished article with a rock steady and complete CV . They must show clear career progression and a steady rise to management. Managers should have a full skill set of food and beverage management as well as the ability to mange the team, department heads and drive the business.
They must also be the "face" of the club and be very hands on with great people skills and the ability to deliver five star service on all levels and at all times.
General managers will be overseeing this brand new deluxe high end members club with 500 elite opening members. They will be responsible for all aspects and reporting to the board owners to deliver the next level of members club to the members.
The club will comprise of restaurant, private dining ,bar , gallery space and some other hidden gems. The right general manager must know his or her stuff and have the finger on the pulse when it comes to trends, be they food, drink,art,design and people.
This club is owned and the members are from the cream of various industries but all budding entrepreneurs and leaders in there own market place.
The club design is a home away from home with luxury and tradition being the themes . So the atmosphere will be old skool but warm. Managers must therefore be able to organise, deliver but above all interact with members.
