A Breakfast Chef is required for restaurant in this high profile 5 Star Deluxe Hotel. This restaurant has a great reputation and the Head Chef has worked in some of the top restaurants in the industry and the menu has a modern twist which is reflected in the food.
The Breakfast Chef will the assist Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have previous similar experience in a 5* hotel and restaurant to at least 3 Rosette level and have ‘a la carte’ breakfast culinary skills. The ideal Breakfast Chef will have worked within medium to large hotels with banqueting operations and outlet restaurants. An international experience is beneficial. Has good interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must have food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications.
The shift patterns will range from a 5am - 7am start and 2.30pm - 4.30pm finish.

Salary for this position is £20,000 plus depending on experience.
