A Junior Sous Chef is required for this chef patron restaurant located in the bustling heart of the Kensington district of London.
The Junior Sous Chef needs to be passionate about food and the industry and wants to progress and learn from the high standards that are set in this kitchen.
Because of the high standards of cuisine served at this destination restaurant it has made it a regular for locals and a destination of well known food lovers. Junior Sous Chefs will be given the chance to learn from one of the most revered chef patron's in the industry. The cuisine is of high end French based modern European with strong Mediterranean influences.

This position may also be good for a very well trained chef de partie looking to gain experience high end cuisine and or management techniques , who wants to progress in the industry and learn the trade in a well run and organised kitchen. The right candidate must have a good knowledge of all sections in the kitchen.
The Junior Sous chef must have at least 3 years experience in a well organised kitchen already and a good knowledge of fresh seasonal ingredients is a must as all ingredients is sourced and farmed locally.

The salary for Junior Sous Chef is £24,000 +depending on experience.
