A position for a Head Pastry is required for this sophisticated Deli in the heart of trendy North London.
The Pastry Chef must be dedicated and able to lead a pastry team of 4. Who create an extensive range of quality, hand baked goods including tarts, cakes, and biscuits.
The Head Pastry Chef must have at least 2 years experience in running the pastry section in a similar environment with extensive knowledge of the products.
The right candidate will assist in developing menus that is appropriate for the outlet operation, the market and the desired business goals. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the entire pasty production line reporting directly to the Head Chef.
The right Head Pastry Chef must be organized, have a flair for ideas and creativity and be neat and tidy in their work.
You will have a genuine enthusiasm for contemporary British baking and for working in a small growing business. So as to create a range of great desserts, flans, tarts , pies and cakes using seasonal ingredients.
