A self motivated and industry driven restaurant manager is required for this very high end 3 AA Rosette modern European with Italian influenced restaurant within a well known members club.
The restaurant manager must have at least 4 years experience in running and organising all areas of a food led business. An overall knowledge and awareness of Italian cuisine is also required.
Restaurant managers will have a very solid cv with a few well known industry favorites on it within a high end rosette Mediterranean led or European led environment. Managers should have also managed a team of up to 20 staff.
The restaurant manager must have a good understanding of P & L reporting and awareness of controlling staff costs and increasing the profit margin. Managers will be the face of the restaurant and be an all round hands on team motivator and adept at running a smooth service .
The restaurant is very busy for lunch and dinner serving between 70 -80 covers
