A brassiere and champagne bar, embracing a classic English style requires an accomplished, proficient Bartender. Passionate and experienced you will thrive in such a venue. Bartenders will have a good and solid cv within high end restaurants and or quality food serving bars. Bartenders will be smart in appearance and be looking to carve a good career in quality bar-tending. A high service standard is expected without being too formal. So the emphasis on training and attention to detail is at the heart of this great job within a destination champagne bar and brasserie grill.
The Bartender will need a diverse knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits to accompany the atmosphere and cuisine available. Experience in customer service and an ability to create and suggest drinks to compliment meals and bar food are essential.
The Bartender needs to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, possess excellent attention to detail and have high standards of personal presentation. You will be confident, professional and a have a welcoming personality.
