Sous Chef is required for this local fish restaurant located in the bustling heart of the north London. This venue prides it’s self on quality market fresh fish and seafood, with a daily changing menu concentrating on British traditional specialties.
The Junior Sous Chef needs to be passionate about seafood and the industry and wants to progress and learn from the high standards that are set in this kitchen.
This position may also be relevant to a senior chef de partie who wants to progress in the industry and learn the trade in a well run and organised kitchen. The right candidate must have a good knowledge of all sections in the kitchen.
The Sous chef must have at least 3 years experience in a well organised kitchen already and a good knowledge of fresh seasonal ingredients and, of course, fish is a must.
The salary for Junior Sous Chef is £21,000 depending on experience.
